Thrive Executive comprises six full days over a five month period, including 2-day opening and closing retreats and three one-on-one executive coaching sessions.

- October 25 and 26: 2 full days, optional overnight
- November 15: In/around Burlington, Vermont, no overnight
- December: Individual work only
- January 18: In/around BTV, no overnight
- February 7 and 8: 2 full days, overnight required
